Literally been going here since I was a child, then had children of my own who I choose to take there as well as a staff(they’re amazing) at what they do but as a operating company that seems to be family oriented, that is not how it is I personally missed one appointment and as a single mother had to reschedule there’s twice, due to LIFE and everyday things they disclosed they could no longer be seen . Neither/any appointments were cancelled short notices always at least 24 hours before so that’s very unfortunate that they let loyal customers (who they watched grow up) literally go because of life and minor inconveniences. It’s more disappointing than anything. But again love the staff not the policy of the company protraying to be about family when it’s not tho

I have been going here for maybe over a year. I like this place until they started telling me I needed fillings. I have never had a cavity in my 28 years. But I got one thinking one cavity might be plausible. After that I went back and they told me I needed multiple fillings and would set me up with two one hour appointments, which did not sound right to me at all. I don’t drink sodas, I barely eat candy. My worst habit is I drink sweet tea and always through a straw. I take very good care of my teeth. So with that I decided to go back to my childhood dentist for a 2nd opinion. He took x-rays of all my back teeth and come to find out I did not need ONE filling. The one I got probably wasn’t even necessary. Just be weary of being told you have a bunch of cavities.

Wow , Dr Karen Parks Is simply amazing and what wonderful experience is was, as we look forward to our nexts visits to come ; her love for kids and Teens and her interactions with parents and gentleness and peaceful atmosphere simply shines and staff are also very friendly and informative as well..

so so grateful our family oral surgeon referred us , to her and her practice..
