I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. During my first visit, the equipment didn’t work correctly, or the hygienist didn’t know how to use it. The water pick was shooting boiling hot water, causing extreme pain. When I mentioned this, the hygienist seemed annoyed and said, “Fine, I won’t use it,” and then proceeded to clean my teeth manually, but didn’t seem to do much and I still had to pain for the visit.

The dentist recommended that I get a night guard, and I agreed since I take good care of my teeth and trust professional recommendations. However, after speaking with another dentist, I discovered that I was never properly fitted for the night guard. Despite multiple visits and complaints of pain, I was told to go home and try it out again. On my third visit, they said if I still had pain, they would get me a new night guard.

I continued to experience pain and tried to make another appointment, but it seems like they are screening my calls. I spent over $500 on a night guard that never fit properly, which messed up my bite pattern and caused extreme discomfort 24/7. I do not recommend this dental office due to their poor service and lack of proper care. I give 2 stars as it was very easy to get an appointment when they were taking my calls.

The hygienist was gentle and thorough, making my cleaning a breeze. I also appreciated the modern equipment and the overall professionalism of the entire team.
