I’m very upset they way they handled my son. He is special needs, i told that to them before even making the appointment. I was told they are understanding and patient. My child who was already nervous is even more terrified now because you guys held him down against his will, not even letting me comfort him. I do not recommend this place. I’d give you 0 stars if i could. Never again will i step for in this place. You’ve made all future dentist visits for my child traumatizing.

Park West Dental has been amazing, taking great care of my children’s Dental care since they first opened. The front desk personnel are always super friendly and very professional. They do their very best to be flexible and work with my family on scheduling.
The hygienist and dentists do a great job of explaining everything and have amazing bedside manor.
I highly recommend this office!

Not happy with the way the dental assistant had no patience for my son while cleaning his teeth. He’s a good boy, but gets nervous obviously like a lot of kids do. He wasn’t being bad wasn’t moving she was just annoyed from the start. All I can say is hire better people, and make sure they have common love and care for kids being that this dentist office is specifically available to kids.
