On my first visit the receptionists were very unprofessional and rude. I politely asked them information regarding my appointment time because I realised my appointment due time had passed and no one had called me yet, one of them ignored me and the other responded but in a rude way. They later then proceeded to whisper to themselves about me, giggling and all. One of them is called Olivia. I was not rude to them at all they were just gossiping and acting really mean for no reason. Please speak to them so they can change their behaviour. It’s very unprofessional. They should leave that behaviour in elementary school. Besides that my appointment was great, the dentist was very helpful!. Thank you

The reception staff are very hospitable and welcoming. My dentist and nurse are always jolly and willing to detail the work, if needed, to be carried out. As most people, I am wary of the possible discomfort that can happen during a visit to a dentist but I have always been pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at Parkview Dental in Letchworth.

Whilst waiting for the dentist to call me, I fell ill suddenly (due to an ongoing health issue).
I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff. They cared for me while I was unconscious and never left my side. Wonderful, Caring & Professional staff, many many thanks to you all.
