I’ve been coming to Parkway Dental Clinic since it opened- this review is long overdue!
Dr Shen is incredibly knowledgeable, very fast yet skilfully performs all the procedures. He’s funny, compassionate and takes the time to patiently explains everything. He’s truly a master of his craft!!
Yesterday , I had an appointment with Dr Kay, and tbh, I’m so confident and comfortable with Dr Shen, I wasn’t sure how this would go! But OMG, what a delightful experience! She’s pleasant , polite, very knowledgeable and in no time I was completely at ease! She was so informative and would always give me a heads up with what she was going to do! She has amazingly light and skilful hands, didn’t even feel anything!
I would also like to give a big shoutout to the amazing support and front office staff. Parkway Dental Clinic – you rock!!!
This review is so overdue, my family have been patient of Dr. Shen for almost 20 years. Dr. Shen and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They treat us like family, their kindness and approachability made the whole experience much more pleasant
During my husband’s tooth extraction , Dr. Shen made sure he was comfortable at all times. He was gentle, and my husband experienced zero discomfort throughout the treatment.
Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shen and his dental practice to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. Their commitment to patient comfort, professionalism, and excellent service is truly commendable.
Best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend coming here. The doctor is extremely nice and despite being busy he took his time to explain my xray and check my teeth.
The girl who cleaned my teeth was very professional and she made sure I was comfortable.
The receptionist was very approachable and she has this maternity instincts that she makes sure you’re taken care of properly.
