I previously rated their office at 5 stars because the staff is really great and his fillings are solid, however after spending 10,000$ on excellent quality crowns, that I will give them, I received crowns that still didn’t fit my mouth properly and were sent back to the manufacturer who still got them wrong on round two for my 4 implant crowns. Horrible experience overall! I told the Dr Paul to send them back, I did not like them. He would not, nor would he reshape the bite as requested because it was flat and lacking articulated bite upon request even though thats all totally normal stuff to do. He was lazy and did the job half way with little competency. They didn’t fit right so it took two whole days which shouldn’t happen, he literally could have just sent them back to have them redone. I told him I would wait, I was fine with being patient to get it right, he, the Doctor was not and really ruined my oral health. Then, here is where the story gets really ugly, when the crowns broke 4 teeth in my mouth they would only fix one of the breaks for free even though they promised me that all issues regarding the crowns would always be covered. They lied, that was not the case with 3 broken teeth later, none of which would have broken had I not gotten these crowns. I called and they tried to say I had to pay X Rays and for the fillings, which was wrong, I was promised all issues relating to the crowns would be covered for free at no charge as part of routine follow ups. Not only did they not reshape my crowns after I asked them to or correct my bite but now I have 3 broken teeth and will have to go to another office to fix Dr Paul’s poor work and follow through fixed! Do not go to Paul’s office for crowns. I would have been better off without them. I could have literally gotten a great metal partial somewhere else for a fraction of the cost, that would not have ruined my other teeth from a competent Doctor. If the staff wasn’t so wonderful or the fills and crowns so high quality I would rate them zero stars if I could, for robbing me again of my dental health after a 5 year journey to restore it. Do not go to this office for anything besides routine cleanings or fillings. Paul cannot fix a bit to save his life!

My family and I have been patients at Dr Jakubowski’s office for many years. From the beautiful office, to the kind and courteous staff, we have never had a negative experience. From cavities, to root canals, we have done it all. Dr Jakubowski is honest, detail-oriented and always strives to provide the best outcome.

Recently my husband had six teeth replaced with crowns. I think they look natural and enhance his smile, we are both very happy with the result and would not trust anyone else with this task. Thank you for your hard work!

My family (3 generations of us now) and I have been going to Dr. Jakubowski’s dental practice for over 20 years. Dr. Paul and his team are really great people, to begin with. We have had all sorts of dental work done over the years; the basic stuff for sure, plus crowns, implant, extraction and some cosmetic work, as well. Everything has been done with thoughtful, patient consultation, precise and skilled treatment and great care. I could not recommend them more highly.
