I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pearl Dental and was lucky to be assigned to Dr. Mahmood El Rayes. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. As someone who has avoided dental appointments for years due to ADHD-inflicted fears, I was incredibly anxious about the visit. However, from the moment I stepped into Dr. Mahmood’s clinic, I felt a sense of comfort and understanding that I hadn’t experienced before.

Dr. Mahmood was exceptionally kind and patient, taking the time to understand my concerns and making every effort to ensure I felt at ease. He respected my boundaries and was incredibly accommodating of the challenges I face with my ADHD. His gentle touch and soothing demeanor made the entire process much more bearable than I ever expected.

What truly stood out was how Dr. Mahmood prioritized my comfort throughout the appointment. He explained each step clearly, checked in frequently to make sure I was okay, and never rushed the process. His professionalism, combined with his genuine kindness, made a world of difference.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mahmood enough, especially for anyone who has anxiety or fears around dental visits. He truly goes above and beyond to make his patients feel respected, safe, and well-cared for.

Unfortunately I’m not happy at all. Went there in December for a bleaching and I was so happy afterwards. But after two weeks my teeth started to get darker and darker again. Now, not even three months later, they look exactly the same as before the treatment. Nobody told me this. And nobody told me, that they will get darker day by day after the bleaching. Of course I did everything they told me to do and not to do. The doctor was very very nice tough. The bleaching did hurt a lot. I’ve never felt that kind of a sharp pain in my teeth and in my head until then. I will move to Dubai in summer and I was hoping to get veneers in this clinic, but I don’t think I’ll be doing it after my expierence. Look at the photos
