Was not a fan of this dental office at all. I went in for one appointment for a routine cleaning. I saw 3 different specialists within 30 minutes. Each specialist was trying to offer me different kinds of work and exams. They were implementing scare tactics and telling me my bone loss was severe and that I needed scaling and a deep clean, with antibacterial wash. They charged me $275.00 for that service, and refused to give me a routine cleaning until I did the deep clean. They wanted me to schedule appointments for my “bone loss” every three months for the “for seeable” Future. They wanted me to do this before I could get back to a normal schedule for routine cleaning. This office and company use shady practices and employ scare tactics to charge more money for procedures. They are money grabbing, and over charging for procedures. I will not be using their services again.

Update: this dental office will commit insurance fraud. They will try and charge your insurance for procedures you did not receive. And when your insurance calls them they will not call them back. The response they put on here is bogus as well. I’ve called several times and never get an answer nor a call back.
After setting an appointment going there, the dentist refused to pull my tooth unless a agreed to have the hole packed saying she will not let me leave with a hole or bleeding! I have had quit a few teeth pulled and never had a dentist refused to pull a tooth unless I agreed to a unneeded and unnecessary treatment for a higher cost before. Do spend your hard earned money here. Go to any other place! Go somewhere that will give you the service that you want without trying to get forced for an upsale!

This office has the worst billing I’ve ever seen. Multiple times I’ve been sent erroneous bills. When you call to try to get them sorted, no one calls back. One bill was sent to collections despite multiple attempts made to contact them. I finally had to go into the office to get someone to look at it and verify they made an error on their end.

I haven’t seen the same dentist twice in several years. At my most recent visit, my hygienist, Becky, administered the most painful exam I’ve ever had. She made 0 attempts to make it smoother, not even bothering to give me breaks despite my obvious discomfort. Then assured me the pain I experienced had nothing to do with her technique. I will not be returning to this office.
