I would give this zero stars because 3 members of my family have been going to this orthodontic office, they’ve been treated so unprofessionally. On two accounts the office has been closed without our knowledge, no phone call or email was sent to inform us. On one occasion my appointment was cancelled without informing me again and my appointment was given to somebody else. The staff in this office have lied numerous times to my face. My family and I have to wait 35-60 mins for our scheduled appointment times. The orthodontic calls in sick to work and I haven’t been called for a reschedule appointment so when I showed up they just told me it’s canceled.

I have wasted so much time, effort, gas and money to this office.

I suggest people don’t get any orthodontic work done here as the assistant does all the work when she’s not license to do so.

Don’t waste ur time coming here!! Extremely unprofessional and Extremely rude staff

I have to write a respond to ur recent comment because for some reason google won’t let me comment under u.

I am a patient of yours, and would like to stay anonymous that’s why I go as “Hanna Wong.” I have listed several events that has occurred. I have listed detailed facts on how I and my family members were treated at ur practice. I am telling the honest truth about how I was treated as I paid for Orthodontic service.

No I haven’t got ur establishment wrong because I am fully aware which practice I was commenting under.

There were times where I wasn’t called like I stated above about the orthodontic being absent and when I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was told to go home.

There’s times where seated 45-60mins for an appointment which is just wrong. I never look forward for my appointment here.

Had my first provedure done there today
I must say, the staff at Pearly Smile Dental are very friendly and accommodating. I had my first dental appointment in years, due to a phobia….yes a phobia!
They were so reassuring and comforting, and my procedure was done with ease. I love the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The receptionist , the assistant ans the Dentist are exceptional human beings. Kind understanding and reassuring to my kids as well, who needed little support from me as they watched their favoritw show on the monitor overhead as they happily went through 2 fillings each with no discomfort
I love the fact that they made you as relaxed as comfortable watching a show or listening to relaxing music like I did, while having work done….what a lovely idea

oh and I think I lost that fear of Dentist today as well!

The receptionist is so sweet and the dentist is great. I had a lot of glue stuck on my teeth because of my previous dentist, it was never removed. The dentist at this location took time to remove it and now my teeth feel great. She has coverages for most insurances and provides options for different teeth conditions. She will give cheaper alternatives as well as expensive ones and gives us the choice to choose, being honest about treatments. Wait times can be a bit long though and there can be a little more communication, but I think they’re amazing. I also had fillings done and she did that great as well. I am hoping to go back soon, thank you guys.
