I needed an emergency appointment to get a broken tooth removed. I was able to get an appointment within 4 hours. Everyone was polite and helpful when I got there, from filling in the forms to sitting in the chair. The practice was clean and tidy, staff were friendly etc
The dentist offered me a choice between antibiotics or attempted extraction there and then, so I went with extraction (antibiotics would take time to work and I’d STILL need it out)
I was literally there in the building for 15 minutes before getting back in my car. My only complaint was that he didn’t wait all that long for the anaesthetic to kick in, but I guess that’s because he had another patient waiting when I was done. Yes it hurt at the time but it was only on the 2 attempts to yank it out. Apart from that all was fine.
Just a big “Thank You” to Dr Gupta and his team. My 91 year old dad has attended the surgery twice in 6 months. Once was an emergency and I was just so relieved to get an immediate appointment and again today with other issues. The staff are so kind. The dentist’s caring and courteous attitude is lovely. He treats my dad like a person and explains everything which takes the mystique out of the treatment. Just a lovely practice.
Fantastic dentist, although I hadn’t been for regular checkups since the pandemic I was suffering from really bad toothache. Called them up and got an appointment the next day. Although they were reluctant in removing the tooth at first as it was infected I really wanted it out as the pain was too much, they gave it a go and it was out no problem. Highly recommend and needless to say I’ll now be going back to regular checks.
