Reviews:
I started coming here when I was about 4 years old and continued to come until I was 25 as well as most of my family. Dawn is wonderful and so is the front desk absolutely love them. The reason I left is Dr. Savage . He is rude has told me to hush when I was asking him a question about a procedure. I also saw him treat a dental hygienist like she was nothing. The way that he talked to her in front of me made me apologize to her. Thats when I knew I would not be coming back . But thank you to all the other staff over the years that have been great !
I agree with the most recent posted review. I had the same experience several years ago. Dr. Savage was our family dentist. I went to have a tooth repaired from an injury. My insurance did not cover this repair, so I paid for it. He was acting annoyed and I felt uncomfortable. He was rude to his dental assistant, as well. I had to return a week later, because the compound fell out. He was even more rude and hurriedly added new compound that fell out again. After his horrible treatment, I stopped going.
Absolutely no difference between them and any other dentist in town. The front desk people are a little less than welcoming and the practice as a whole has a real communication problem. Also, Beware of the fact that they will ask your children and/or other dependents what they would like to have done with their teeth and this is done without any prior notification to the actual holder of the dental insurance.
