Red Flag Do not use this dental practice because if you do, you will regret it big time!!! They are Money hungry!!! Here, you are not a patient, you are just a great opportunity for this dental office to collect as much cash they can from you!!! And from your insurance if you have one. First they call you in and right way they scan your head with the X-Rays scanner that they have right next to their “manager’s office”. No one needs to go through this process, this x-ray scanning around your head is just one more reason to charge your insurance. Then right after, they take you to a room where another employee will do a bunch of X-Rays in your mouth and let me tell you, they do more x-rays pictures than they really need but again it’s just to add to your bill and to charge your insurance. When they finish with the second round of X-Rays, one employee comes and tells you that you need to go to see their manager at her office and this manager lady begins to tell you that you need to go through a dental treatment plan that will cost maybe and depending on your case $18098 but they are willing to help you and she comes up with a discount of like $4000 so you will only pay $14098 wow! And at this point I have no get my cleaning or the filling I needed. This alone tells you that they are so Focused on Money and they don’t care about the reason why you came to see them. I felt like I was in a car’s dealership negotiating a very expensive car payments, awful!!! After she scared me by telling how much money they will make with my treatment I told her, -” I just needed a filling and a cleaning, can I get that, please? And her answer was not Yes or No, she just took her pen and wrote down that if they do the cleaning and the filling, I was going to be paying them $512 W the **!!! No way jose!!!! this people only cares about how much money they can squeeze out your insurance and your bank account If you need a dentist, please!!,please!!,please!!! Go elsewhere because here at Pembroke Pines Dental you will end up in a HUGE Debt. Worst experience ever!!!! Avoid this practice like and follow me to learn more about places like this one so you won’t waste your time and money! People can ask to other dental offices or even google it. – ” Ask if the CBCT scanner should be used before the dentist exams your mouth!? CBCT is use for orthodontist to see and plan an advance or complicated treatment. But this office uses the CBCT scanner on everyone that comes to them, like me and others for the first time appointment! I would like to know what my dental insurance has to say about this! Avoid this practice!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to warn new patients and possibly save them the trouble. Called made a new patient appointment agreed to set time and date for both yearly exam and dental cleaning. Since I needed to do both same day because I would have to leave during work hours, I specified with the staff to schedule on a day where both can be done. I was scheduled and when I arrived at my set date and time I was told they “couldn’t find my appointment” at all. Never had this happen before but was told they would squeeze me in for my exam and they said not to worry that my cleaning will also be done same day, dr confirmed. Literally 15 minutes later they said it couldn’t do my cleaning and that I had to reschedule for another day. This is a huge inconvenience for the patient and a lack of consideration for ones time. I do not recommend this dental office and as a healthcare provider myself, I am deeply disappointed in the service provided. Do not waste your time go elsewhere.
*response to owner since they want to lie* no service was offered after hours so do not lie. Another time and date was offered to come back for a service I had already scheduled. As I stated, I DID have an appointment and I have the outgoing call with the time and date of your office where I called to make my appointment.
Based on my bad experience looking for a good dentist that suits my needs and that more or less covers my dental insurance benefits, I decided to try my luck with this office, not knowing their quality as a dental office, And the truth is, I do not regret visiting them and starting my services with them, they make you feel that you really matter as a patient and are part of them as a family, they truly comply to the letter with their 6 reasons stated on their page website, for which we should choose them, also during my search for a good dentist and good prices, they were the ones that I found the best, but I close by saying and the most important thing is that they do an excellent job as a dentist, I feel happy until now moment with the quality of their services.
