Unfortunately I had to give 1 star but was not by choice, had to put something smh Be careful with this dentist, needed an implant and made the appointment, had to rescheduled and then was told for the 1st time there was fee for $1,500. Found that extremely strange because I have insurance. Was lied to…”told” that my insurance would reimburse me. I was continued to be told that that was told to me when I 1st made the appointment. I have insurance so would never agree to paying anything. So this back and forth went on like I didn’t remember any of this and there’s a good explanation, it never happened it was never told to me! Made an appointment and was told the procedure would be 2 hours THATS IT. Upon speaking with my insurance company, I would have never been compensated. The office told my insurance that the office were bringing someone else to do the work and they didn’t take my insurance but when I made the appointment with the front desk was told Perez and the assistant would be doing the procedure now someone else was doing it..smh Thought this was a good dentist but if someone I’m dealing with especially with my teeth can’t be honest I can’t be bothered and kills the entire experience, so overall ask alot of questions and you were warned. Not good to be surprised with surprised fees. If you can’t be honest with their clients, that’s not good. Terrible!

Dr. Perez has been my family’s dentist for more than 10 years. He is an awesome person and a great dentist. The staff are all very welcoming and do everything they can to make your experience as good as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Perez to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Dr. Nelson Perez is an amazing dentist. He has great bedside manners,
is very calming, and takes his time with his patients. I have been his patient for about 20 years, and I will never go to anyone else. He also has a great staff, who are very kind and helpful.
