The office’s reply to my other review was not factual. Yes, I asked for possible pricing, but it was very clear afterward that I would be traveling and needed to verify my insurance before I made travel plans. Again, you can try to blame me and paint me out to be the bad guy, but nevertheless, your front desk did NOT verify anything and gave the previous response after I accepted that you couldn’t provide me with an estimate of the discount my insurance receives at your location via its contract with you. I know you can’t provide an actual price for procedures, but you should know the discount percentage that my insurance receives. I left this review since they lied, and I couldn’t respond. One star for being rude and now one star for lying about it.

Called to verify they accepted my insurance and was told, “We can’t do that. We have other patients who have already made appointments. They come first, we cant verify insurance. We have to evaluate you before we can verify insurance. Make an appointment, and when you come in, we will check your insurance then.” She was rude and unprofessional. Why would anyone make an appointment without knowing for sure that they accept your insurance? The woman who answered the phone was not very helpful or friendly, to say the least.

My son and I have been patients at this facility for a little over ten years now. Fantastic facility, honestly I’ve never had an issue. The oral surgeon who removed my molars was amazing. The staff is great the Dentist’s are efficient. What makes this facility a place to come back to, is the customer service and connection front ladies have with the patients and my kids. They are always welcoming, respectful and happy. Would recommend.
