Reviews:
I’ve been coming here my for over 15 years and not once have I had to wait as long as I did today. Scheduled my appointment for 12pm got here at 11:30am to be early and hopefully be seen earlier or on time it’s currently 12:50pm and I’m still in the waiting room and they claim the dentist is a bit behind (a bit behind, sweetie we’re 50 minutes past my appointment time) but people that have gotten here after me have already gone in. Stop booking single appointments when you have whole families being put through as one appointment. The amount of groups of children that have gone in at once is why they are so behind. Or maybe don’t schedule 20 people in a 1 hour window if y’all know your dentists don’t work fast enough to get everyone in within a reasonable time frame. I got things to do I can’t sit and wait 2 hours to be seen.

Edit: it’s 1:30pm and I was just brought in and told I’d have to wait even longer in here, so this simple cleaning appointment might end up to be a 3 hour fiasco. And when I expressed that I had no other option but to wait I was told I was coming off as having an attitude, which yes I have one I’ve been here waiting for two hours. The assistant then proceeded to say she probably won’t be home until 5 as if that’s my problem, please take it up to your boss and don’t complain to the patients for the clinic’s mismanagement.

The staff and dentist are very unprofessional. I left work early to make my appointment because my dentist is only there 2 days out the week. I was running a little late, I tried to call and got no answer. I get there 17 min late and the receptionist say the doctor is gone we gave you a 15min grace period. Why didn’t anyone call. I just lost 4 hours of work. The dentist must have been waiting at the door with her coat on or something. I felt she should have been a little more patient do to the fact she only cleaned half my teeth the first time and that was a month ago, because she’s only there 2days out of week. Now she’s going on vacation until August so how do I get the other half of my teeth cleaned. They really could have given me a call knowing they had already got my money for the services
Me and my family have been coming here since 2000. I hate giving it a bad review because I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I called to inform the dental assistant that I will be late for my appt. The assistant went to ask the doctor if I can still be seen, the doctor said no and to reschedule. I am very upset with this place they were being very unfair with me because I had no other choice but to switch a doctor that will fit my availability and I really like this doctor and I did not want to be seen by an other doctor that I don’t know. This place really needs to put more effort in making their long time patients happy. And now I have to find a better dental place that is willing to help out.
