Reviews:
What a waste of time ! And their phone line never worked in at least 1 year.
Some of the dentists are so rude !

I had an okay a great experience last year with Dr. K (this lady was amazing, so kind, reassuring and really took care of my case), even if there was always a longer waiting time (which is understandable but not convenient when you work afterwards). But the organization overall was already pretty messy.

But the 2 other times I came the 2 male dentist were so rude !! Not very clear on insurance (it seems like they only cover one of them ?) but anyway, not much understanding and just aggravating the situation which was already stressful enough.
I was told by the previous dentist I saw there that I had to come back in the next 6 months, so they scheduled me. When I got there Dr J. literally tells me that I don’t need to be here (again what a waste of time when I actually took some time off for this appointment because they scheduled me and he now asks me what I an doing here) and he tells me he can’t do both checking and cleaning (which Dr K. was doing and scheduled me for 6 months afterward). From what I understood each provider has a different way of doing things but none of that is explained ahead.

The fact that their phone line doesn’t work is very unhelpful as well and nothing is explained clearly, especially when they scheduled me.

Some of the receptionist are very kind and helpful, they try to explain clearly, while some are the opposite and just stay on their phone.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend them, this would avoid you so much stress !!

WORST DENTAL CARE EVER. ESPECIALLY SINCE IT IS FOR CHILDREN WHO SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP THEIR TEETH FOREVER. THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE!! I TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR A TEETH CLEANING. THEY DIDN’T EVEN FLOSS NOR EVEN HAVE HER SHOW THEM HOW SHE FLOSSES! TOTAL NEGLECT! KIDS NEED TO BE TAUGHT THIS AS A PART OF THEIR NORMAL DENTAL ROUTINE. IT JUST SICKENS ME THAT TIME IS MONEY FOR THIS PLACE AND THEY DONT SPEND AN EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO FLOSS THEIR TEETH OR ENSURE THAT THE CHILD KNOWS HOW AND IS DOING IT CORRECTLY.
JUST HORRIBLE!!! MY DOG GETS A BETTER TEETH CLEANING AT THE VET’S OFFICE.
SHAME ON YOU PETALUMA HEALTH CARE DENTAL!
Doctor Fuentes is awesome! Yes they have a lot of patients, they are serving many families. Still, my experience has been they treat patients with respect, don’t rush folks, and answer all questions & concerns. The work he’s done in clinic on my five year old daughter is INCREDIBLE! We were blown away by the quality of work.

I’d also like to share that we were patients here before COVID and it was NOT a great experience with their front office staff. We returned in Spring 2024 and have had about 5 appointments so far. The new front office staff women are very kind and attentive! 5 STARS
