Really bad experience overall. My daughter got i n visiline there during Covid. My wife was never allowed to go in, so we had to get any instructions through her. She was treated less than a year and I really thought it was too fast for the teeth to remain in place.
Sure enough, my daughter lost the retainer and her teeth moved back almost immediately.
My wife went in to ask for help but she was immediately put with the sales girls. They were hard core sellers in the beginning and they were no different now. They did t want to help they just wanted to start the whole process over. When my wife told them that her husband would never go for it, they said ” just don’t tell him. We will just put it on the credit card and he will never know”
I really felt with our experience here that they just wanted as much money as they could get out of us. Now my daughter is walking around with crooked teeth. Problably going to have to start over somewhere else.

The team are all very friendly. That lends itself to the overall atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of care provided by Dr. Petrover, he took his time to explain what I should expect with my new liners. Also, Destiny took such great care of me yesterday. She was very thorough, answered any concerns I had. She was the best cheerleader as well when I got my bands in on the first try. Don’t hesitate to stop in for a consultation.

I have had an excellent experience with the Petrover team. The service was top-notch, and the treatment I received was truly amazing. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. I highly recommend this dental office for their outstanding service and exceptional care.
