Started having some tooth pain throughout the weekend and couldn’t get into my primary dentist until Thursday. Called around North Platte and Phelps Family Dentistry was able to get me in right away, even with me being a client that they have never seen! We were able to get images and find that I had an infection in the roots of the tooth that was bothering me. They made sure I was comfortable and taken care of during the entire duration of my visit. They were very thorough and explained everything that they were doing and why they were doing it. I opted to have them extract the tooth and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, as I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist.

Communication is great, the staff all go above and beyond to make you comfortable, and I have had nothing but great experiences here, as someone who *hates* going to the dentist. I am not even dreading my next cleaning, for the first time in my adult life. I’ve been so impressed and will continue to go to Phelps from here on out.
