Front desk reception lady gets flustered so easily at any minor inconvenience to her scheduling. She hung up on me when I asked her if I could reschedule because I wasn’t able to leave work early as I had anticipated. Very rude and should retire already. However, the dental workers and Dr. Jue are very nice and welcoming.
The staff is efficient and pleasant. The office is neat, clean and well appointed. The hygienist and dental assistant were very professional, thorough and pleasant. Dr Jue performed the best, thorough exam I have ever had with a relaxed yet professional delivery. I am very pleased with my choice of dentist professionals.
Most thorough dental experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff is extremely professional. Dr Ju is a perfectionist which both my husband & I appreciate. After several rejections of the crown color, 4th was a charm.
