To be honest I quit going to the Phye office on July 4, 2021 after several years of being a patient. This was due to an incredibly unprofessional NEW front desk worker. A few weeks ago my wife told me the woman was no longer positioned up front.
So I returned this week (3 years later), and everything went just fine. Greeted politely, checked in, had a seat and five minutes later I’m meeting my new Hygienist, Sharon. She was AWESOME! Took her time explaining and making sure I was comfortable. After the cleaning, my usual dentist, Dr. Greg Alton came in to check her work and inspect my teeth. We quickly caught up and he gave me a thumbs up.
Dr “G” is my go-to dental guy, and has been as long as I can remember.
I for one am glad to be back under his care. BTW Dr. Phye is a TREMENDOUS professional too. He actually discovered and repaired a couple of infected teeth that were causing her unexplained acute double-vision blindess; involving inflammation of her Optic nerve. Incidentally and to his credit, he succeeded where three other Emergency, Primary and Specialist physicians missed during her previous examinations!

I have been going to Phye Family Dentistry for more than 28 years, not one employee in that office that doesn’t treat you like a Close friend, I have seen Dr Vanessa for most of those 28 years but when she wasn’t available, I saw Dr Sarah which I love both of them with all my heart, and miss Addie. I don’t know what I do without her. She’s amazing, Dr Vanessa has retired so now I am a full-time, Dr. Sarah patient now there doesn’t seem to be much difference between Dr. Sarah and Dr Vanessa I miss Dr Vanessa they both are equally caring , but I’m happy for her. She was such a hard worker. Each one of them takes an extra step to make sure that your appointment goes flawless almost all of my family goes there except for a few that actually work in other dental I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

PS I also highly recommend their cleaning crew. The hygienist are excellent. I love to get my teeth cleaned there. You always walk out feeling brand new.

I called ahead to advise that I might need to change appointment because of a schedule change. They advised that I could be slightly late, (5-10 minutes) with no issue… I appreciate their understanding.
My entire Family is Cared for by Phye Family Dentistry! That’s a total of 18 people! FIVE STAR Family business!

I need to mention that our first visit, was precipitated by an accident where my son had broken two front teeth. This happened on the weekend in the evening, and our previous dentist refused to help with my son’s Emergency painful dental condition. I believe Dr. VANESSA met us at the office and treated my son! This was around 1994-1995 – we have been loyal members of Phye Family Dentistry ever since!
I called ahead to advise that I might need to change appointment because of a schedule change. They advised that I could be slightly late, (5-10 minutes) with no issue… I appreciate their understanding.
