Reviews:
Worst dental place ever!!
My son had appointment w dr. Kulkarni who was very unprofessional, rude and worst dentist I have ever seen.
This place is all about money. Even when my son was nervous while doing crown he asked me directly is he special child? I told him so many times this is his 1st appointment still every single appointment he kept saying that. And for his words I was so anxious,I went to my son’s school asked teacher they told me he’s the gifted child.
My q is that is my child only one who is afraid of dentists ?
While he was doing crown it felt doqn on the floor several times,he picked it up washed it and fixed iton his tooth. In any sense I didn’t find him professional.Every time he kept telling me only I can do his teeth nobody else.
I didn’t even go to another. Just trusted him.

Then when I took 2nd and 3rd opinion every single dentist said he put large crown and he should have extracted the tooth bcoz there’s still infection. I spent so much money, gone through so much rude behavior specifically my son gone through so much pain . what’s the point?
When I complained the supervisor she said I don’t have any ans for that. And also she said she doesn’t understand what I m saying. I told her look at the x ray u can see it.. she said I m not a dentist though she was explaining me the whole process of doing crown!! How funny!!
I also filed a complain abt that. Does anyone have right to talk any citizen like this?
That’s how they r experienced and professional!!!!!!!

I, admittedly, waited too long before setting an appointment to see a dentist about a broken tooth. When I finally got around to it, i was in absolute agony. I called Pickering Dental, as they were located in a supremely convenient location, inside the PTC, and got a same day appointment for that evening, after work. But as my day at work went on, the pain just kept getting worse. I eventually gave in, and walked in, 3 hours early for my appointment, hoping, praying, I could be seen. The receptionists were so compassionate and immediately sprung into action to help me see a doctor. I was seen by my new dentist within 30 minutes of walking in, and although I needed to get a prescription and use it, before having an extraction, the team took x-rays, treated me for the current pain I was in, set me up with my prescriptions to fill, and booked my next appointments for me, all within the following half hour, with absolutely zero judgement for my late response. I’m so, extremely, thankful to Pickering Dentals whole team, for helping me, and as I mentioned earlier, this is my new dentist for all my needs moving forward. Im so impressed, and I highly recommend this office.
I would like to recognize Michelle for her exceptional 5-star service. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, politeness, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Yesterday, I attempted to cancel my appointment due to severe facial pain, redness, and itching. Initially, my request was rejected by the receptionist, and I was informed there would be a cancellation fee. However, upon seeing my condition, Michelle assured me that the cancellation fee would be waived if I chose to cancel.

Ultimately, I decided to proceed with the cleaning, and Michelle was extremely careful to avoid touching my face. not to be hurt I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding care and attentiveness.
