Only my second appointment at Pickering Square Dental & I’m already smitten! I’m generally terrified of the dentist…have been for years (as irrational as it is) but, from the moment I walked into the office the first time for an emergency procedure, I was completely at ease. The front office staff is second to none. Kind and welcoming from the first phone call I made to find out if they were accepting new patients. I’ve seen both Dr. Lean and Dr. Lee at this point and both are incredible. Both explain exactly what they’re doing and why and check in periodically with a “you doing okay?”
A+ bedside manner.
Their scheduling is incredible. They don’t like having you wait. Even when I was squeezed in for the first “emergency” appt. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes before I was called into the room & it was only a few minutes before Dr. Lean came in…just long enough for his assistant to take an xray.
Same thing at the second appointment. Literally less than 5 minutes in the waiting room and less than that for Dr. Lee to come in and get to work.
The entire office is a truly well oiled machine.
I couldn’t be happier to have found my new dentist. I’d prefer to not have to go back any time soon but if I HAVE to, I know I’ll be well taken care of. 🙂
Hands down, the best dental care in Durham (may I even say in the GTA). I’ve been a patient here and have seen Dr. Lean for almost 30yrs (since I was small kid). He has been always professional, kind and honest. His knowledge and work is excellent (so much so that Toronto Professional Sports teams even entrust him!). His Hygiene, Assistant and Front End teams are excellent and friendly – they genuinely care about you! I would highly recommend you try out this dental office!
For over 33 years myself and my husband, my 3 children and now my grandchildren have been patients of Dr.Lean. His staff are the most friendly, helpful and have gone out of their way to my our visit enjoyable. From the front desk staff, the hygienist, the assistants and Dr. David are the best. What makes a great team is the way these professionals carry out their job each and every time I come for a visit. Thankyou Dr. Lean and stsff you simply are the best!!!!!
