Great first visit today – I was greeted warmly by a smiling, kind, courteous and professional Patient Care Coordinator named Trinity; I didn’t wait long before a Dental Hygienist – Allison met me and took me back to begin my appointment. Allison was also very kind, courteous, patient, understanding and asked great questions and listened to my answers as she took my history before beginning my appointment. I had X-rays and a cleaning and Allison was wonderful – great touch – not too firm and not too soft, thorough, and always checking in to see how I was doing. Dr. Mead followed up after Allison, and like Trinity and Allison, he was warm & welcoming, kind and professional, did a nice job of asking me relevant questions, listened to my answers, and then provided me some reasonable options – explaining them all clearly. The Practice Manager – Dawn wrapped up the visit by explaining next steps with regard to my insurance and scheduling my next appointment. Dawn, like each person I had been in contact with, was warm & welcoming, kind and courteous, professional, and very understanding of my own dental visit induced anxiety. The office was beautiful – clean, neat, organized, decorated very tastefully and simply, cozy and comfortable, spacious, had a subtle pleasant fragrance that instantly reduced my anxiety and improved my mood when I first walked in. Great first visit and I feel fortunate to be establishing care with Pinehurst Dental!

Pinehurst Dental provided the best care for my current needs.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and collaborative with my current and future treatment options. I am battling cancer and just had a horrible “bait and switch” situation at another local dentist office, but they took the time to listen to my situation and personalize my care. I especially appreciated the transparency and respect I was paid when it came to costs and preventative service options. I have found my new dentist! Thank you to Elizabeth and Dr. Mead!

The office is immaculate and the staff is so kind and helpful!! Jill the hygienist is the very best so knowledgeable very gentle and so personable!! A most warm and friendly environment! Dr Medwick is the very best as let’s makes you feel so at home and he is never in a hurry to push expensive dental procedures on you. Have been coming to this practice now for a few years and have never been happier!! Would highly recommend them to all. And….there Christmas photo cards are the very best!!
