Reviews:
I had gotten sick, and canceled a cleaning. It takes 6+ months to get seen here. Too much volume results in a frustrating experience that lacks the personal touch of a normal family dentistry. My wife and I are switching to a smaller dentist that isn’t so commercial and can provide reasonable availability.

UPDATE 4/23/24 : After speaking with Suzanne (the office manager) I was told there is a new receptionist (Katie) who wasn’t properly trained on missed appointments. So what happened is they had put me in a “no show” list. That’s why I wasn’t able to schedule a new appointment for 6 months. I had only ever missed this ONE appointment in over 3 years of being a patient here. And had called that very morning to inform them i couldn’t make it. Most offices have a heart and understand that emergencies or getting sick can happen. I was told by the office manager Suzanne that “I don’t know how businesses run” based on my employment listed on my patient chart. I have never been treated like a second class citizen because my line of work. Absolutely rude and unacceptable to judge your patients off their career choice. I would say this is massively disrespectful, that’s why I’ve updated my review to 1 star. My advice to fellow consumers is just find a different dentist, who’s office isn’t ran like joke.

I have been a patient at Pinnacle Dentistry for several years. I am now leaving due to the past 2 experiences I have had at this office. These were both appointments for dental work above the routine cleanings I receive twice a year. In both situations I was left in the middle of the procedure for 40 to 45 minutes with my mouth numb, propped open and full of dental equipment while the doctor went elsewhere. In both situations, when Dr. Jennings returned to resume the procedure, he had to give me additional medication to numb my mouth to complete the work. In both situations I left dehydrated and disorientated. I do not believe this is how a procedure should be handled with a patient. I understand the doctor’s time is valuable however so is mine.
We love Pinnacle Dentistry! Mary is the absolute best! She is amazing at her job, and me and my husband like chatting with her. Being personable just comes natural to her, I guess! And you would be good with either dentist–I’ve had Dr. Perrett and Dr. Jennings do my check-ups, and I’m pleased with both. The receptionists are even on top of it. I called in there a few years ago because I needed help getting some legal documents, with my name on the front (for my name change). They went out of their way to get a letterhead, featuring my legal name, and they didn’t have to do this. Great staff who care about their patients. Thank you for doing this. Keep up the great work!
