Well, after having a dental abcess for a few days I decided to call this dentist thinking I’d have to wait for a few days at least as I didn’t have any pain. I called On Saturday moning at 9am and was told to come in at 10am but may have to wait awhile.
I was seeing a dentist within 5 minutes of my arrival.
The staff are very friendly and reassuring. The receptionist had excellent customer service skills and I can’t thank the nurse enough for making me feel at ease.
Anyone that has any fears or embarrassment (like me) should see these dentist.
I also felt reassured thar Dr Richardson was there assisting the clinicians also.
Dr Naftal was extremely professional and very thorough so I feel I’m in good hands.

Jamie Workman is the best dentist I have ever had (and clearly I’m not alone), however he has now left and I wasn’t happy with the guy who replaced him. Jamie is now at Edgecliff Mews Dentistry, for those of you looking for him. The receptionists at PK Richardson are not willing to share this information with patients who ask.
It’s not that I can’t wait for my dentists appointment but, having gone to Dr Workman for a few years now, it’s a trip I never mind making. I’m very happy with his work and professionalism, and not to forget his very friendly team. Would recommend Jamie to my friends and family. See you for my 6 monthly check up.
