Reviews:
The worst experience I ever had. I had to get my withdom tooth extracted due to severe pain caused by the cavity in it. I found an office in Burbank that can help me with that and needed Plaza Dental Clinic to fax them a referral. I called them, gave all the phone/fax numbers of that other office and asked to do so. I had to wait for the tooth extraction for TWO weeks (all that time I’d been suffering with a terrible pain) and decided to give the Burbank office a phone call a day before my appointment to see if they received a referral from my main office (Plaza Dental Clinic). Guess what? They didn’t get anything))) And, of course, they couldn’t see me without it. The appointment was canceled.

When I went to Plaza Dental Clinic and asked them what was the problem, the princess at the reception told me she hadn’t talked to me about any Burbank office thus hadn’t known she was supposed to fax them anything. To say this kind of attitude is outrageous and unprofessional is to say nothing. It’s like they have some mental disability and simply uncapable to work with people and realize the extent of the seriousness of somebody’s condition.

I’m saying “they” instead of “she”, because while I talked to the receptionist about all that situation Dr. Fariba was standing behind her looking at me like I’m an idiot… And then she just left. No intervention, no asking about what had happened… She just ignored me in a rudest way possible. If I had some complications because of being forced to postpone the treatment of my tooth, I’d do my best to close their office through the court.

I canceled them on my insurance the next day, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to deal with those “professionals”.

I would give it 5 starts for Dr Fariba only. However, I don’t appreciate her front desk staff. I was trying to bring my husband in for an appointment and the receptionist basically turned my business away. Stating to call her back later as so she was alone and had too much work to do. If I was the clinics owner. I’d be upset to see my staff turn away clientele. It doesn’t matter if is private insurance or medical. Business is business. I think they should get re evaluated to see if they’re a good fit for the job.
Dr.Fariba is wonderful! I’ve been going with her for years and always have a great experience. I am never in any pain during or after my visits with her. One time I went to a different dentist at a different location which was a big mistake! That doctor left me in sooo much pain but fortunately Dr.Fariba was kind enough to take me in right away and take a look at it. Once she helped me it immediately relieved the pain. She was super gentle and mindful that I was in pain.:)
