Always short staffed or just not on time. I don’t know who runs the business but they need some structure in the front and back. Very unorganized…
Went back today for cavities I thought they fixed last time. Appointment was 12, we waited…12:20 my daughter was called. We go back, nothings set up in room and they’re talking amongst themselves outside the room and we’re still waiting. 12:40 no one in room, so we left. The place is not clean and the employees need better training. She did tell me no cell phones allowed.
Bad business, don’t bother coming here unless you just don’t mind garbage.

After calling a million places that didn’t accept my insurance, a local mom suggested this place. The entire process and staff was helpful and super nice. The nicest dentist I’ve ever had. Clean atmosphere, large pediatric area. They took their time, understood my concerns and gave me a break down of all charges honestly. They also work with special needs kids! I will definitely be back, keep up the good work.

Pleasantburg Family Dental has been a God send for my 12 year old. DR.Duke is amazing. The most caring and knowledgeable dentist I have encountered. She made my daughter so comfortable. She put my mind at ease with the work my girl needs done. I was in total panic when I walked in. Her assistant was was just as wonderful as she was. I hate I can’t remember his name but he rocks. I would no doubt recommend them to anyone.
