I am an ex-Dental Hygienist and recently had my first visit here. They are excellent. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming.
I saw the hygienist who was very thorough, gentle and knowledgeable, followed by the dentist.
I then came back for 2 fillings and the dentist was also incredibly gentle. A lot of care was taken so that I wouldn’t feel the injections and she was so thorough in ensuring all the tooth decay was removed before filling the cavities.

As an ex-hygienist I can safely say that the dentist followed the book on everything she did with my fillings, she even lined the cavity with a special material to protect the living part of my tooth which not all do.
My 4 year old daughter also had a checkup and the dentist was really great with her. She had a positive experience and will be back for her 6 month check.
I am very happy with my care here and will continue to visit Pleasanton Star Dental for all my future visits.
I don’t like dentist!!! BUT Wow this place has really changed my thoughts. I’ve had rough experiences and was very hesitant to go to a dentist. I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service, the knowledge and options given to me. After my first visit I walked away with a piece of mind about her knowledge and the procedure. I was dreading the day of my procedure, and to my surprise it went so smooth that I was completely satisfied with the procedure. My family and myself have found our dentist and will be coming here for a long time! Thanks for the excelente service and making a dentist visit pleasant. It will be referring others to come.
