I was with my last dental office for over 13 years. After my last visit, that should have never happened. I found out some information, I wasn’t happy with. I contacted Portofino Bay Dental Care of Melbourne and within a few weeks I had an office visit. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left, I was super happy with my decision. Professional, kind and curious are only the few words I can describe this staff. I was taken into an exam room with Andrea, let me tell ya she will make you laugh and make you feel very comfortable. She was nice and her and I hit it off completely that my oral care was now in her hands. From all the new equipment this place totally puts any other “older” dental office to shame. I was happy I finally have a treatment plan for my teeth that actually works for me. I never felt over charged or “ignored” by the staff as I was paying my dues. Thank you all again, especially Justin!

Very very very disappointed. My boyfriend went in because he was having severe pain and they were aggressive in his exam and cleaning. he did exrays and were told he needed to get his wisdom teeth extracted so they made an appointment for us at a different oral surgeon beachside and had to wait a week to get wisdom teeth extracted. We go to the new place.There was no appointment made for us, they didn’t even have him in their system. Now we have to pay for another evaluation and exray. Horrible experience, my boyfriend has been in pain for two weeks now and we have to wait even longer. we took off multiple days off work for the extraction and now it’s money down the drain. Having to take that much time off work and ending up having to take more days off is horrible this stuff ain’t free. think more of your customers, their time and money.

Horrible experience with customer service and billing. I see other reviews mention the same, wish I had read them first. They overcharged me for my appointment even after my insurance covered most of it. I made multiple calls to clarify only to be told that its their policy and will call me back after looking into it. I did not receive any calls from them and had to take it up with my insurance to see if they can reach the office. After my insurance reached out to them multiple times, they finally had no choice to refund the overcharges and provided some excuse that made no sense because all of a sudden somehow their policy didn’t matter. Don’t believe them when they make up lies about their policies. It will take weeks to get any information from them. Avoid at all costs.
