I have been using Dr. Ricky Freytag and his team for around 10 years now and there isn’t much that they haven’t done to my teeth, from fillings, root canal, extractions, 3 x bridges, a fake tooth to fill a gap along with regular cleaning, and I have no doubt they are the most well equipped and professional dentists I have ever been to, no matter who treats you there. They use state of the art machinery, and they have always discussed with me my options and what’s involved in the procedure ahead. Location and parking is a breeze, especially in their pristine and brand new location. If Dr Freytag could lift my cheeks and alter my nose in time ahead – I’d trust him doing that too!
Have been seeing doctor Ricky for a few times, he is excellent and professional. But really disappointed with their receptionist this time. I’ve booked a dual appointment for my daughter and myself. When I cancelled my daughter’s appointment, they cancelled mine as well. I’ve haven’t noticed this until I arrived there… Wasting of my time without any explainations but telling me they didn’t know what had happened…
Really?! Is this how you treat a really disappointed patient?!?!
I had an appointment at Portrush Family Dental this morning and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, and Lauren was very thorough, careful and made the experience very enjoyable. In the past I’ve felt like I was being rushed through and not once did I feel like there wasn’t the time for me. Overall, a fantastic trip to the dentist that I can’t recommend more highly.
