**Review of “The Two Ladies Upstairs” Dental Practice**

I recently visited ” this dental practice , the Ladies Upstairs” Nasim and her assistant. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which immediately set a positive tone for the appointment.

The dentists at this practice are clearly knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to explain each step of the process during my check-up, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. Their attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care were evident in how they handled the procedures, and they patiently answered all my questions and the cleanliness was top notch . Thank you.

Andrew and Jo were fantastic, they both made me feel very welcome and cared for. I’m extremely nervous about coming to the dentist but they talked me through everything to put me at ease, and Andrew was so gentle in comparison to some of my past experiences at other practices. Thank you for looking after me and not making me feel stupid for being scared, it means a lot to have been shown compassion and not to have felt judged for my fears.

I met a very good dentist here, Andrew helped me to sort out a biggest problem for me – teeth decays, I thought it might take few days to solved it, but Andrew noticed my concerns and give me a chance to fix it today!! Really appreciate it!!! Furthermore, he is very friendly and supportive, at the beginning I was very nervous, and he talked with me like a friend, let me feel very relaxed
