I’d had a painful mouth ulcer (Aphte/Ulcus) for 5-6 weeks. I told Botmann about it, but he couldn’t be bothered to even look at it and fobbed me off with “Oralmedic” from the Apo, which only made things worse (although even the directions on the Oralmedic box tell you to see a doctor after 10 days). A week later, my doctor, and the specialist to whom my doctor immediately referred me, were clearly disgusted by his lack of professionalism and care, as was I, as was the surgeon to whom I was further referred a week later.

Er nimmt sich immer ausreichend Zeit fur meine Anliegen und erklart mir jeden Schritt genau, was mir ein beruhigendes Gefuhl gibt. Die Praxis ist modern und gut ausgestattet, das gesamte Team ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich fuhle mich hier bestens aufgehoben und kann Dr. Botman uneingeschrankt weiterempfehlen.

I had Root Canal work here twice and other work. I have not been to a dentist since Covid. Basically I have a real fear of dental work. The staff here are so caring, diligent and compassionate. They understood and accommodated my fears and helped me through the entire process. Mr Botmann talked me through every aspect of my treatment even when performing it, the dental assistants were caring and sympathetic. I cannot thank them enough.
