Saw reviews and thought I would check it out. Newsflash – you might want to school your administrative people to be a little less lazy and a little more helpful. The person I spoke with said she’s never heard of my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield); offered ZERO assistance in checking to see if this office took my insurance; told me I needed to check it myself elsewhere. Okay – guess what? No new patient here. I will go elsewhere. You just lost a potential life long patient.

Been going here for years and never had any issues. They even have a surgical team in the same building where I got my wisdom teeth done. The only thing I would warn people about before going to them is that they are extremity busy so I would schedule your appointments long before you change dentists but once you’re in their system it’s pretty reasonable to schedule appointments

I just love the thorough work that hygienist Donna does on me and my grandson’s teeth. She always makes our smiles clean and bright! My family and I have been coming to see Dr Birke and Donna for over 10 years. Last visit I had the opportunity to meet Dr Kim – she was kind and knowledgeable as well!
