Amazing client/patient service at Pretoria Bridge Dental for the last 5 years I have been with them since switching over from a dental office where I was unhappy. Have had work done by three of their dentists (Dr Wong, Dr Hoeschen and Dr Gubernat) and all were extremely patient, gentle and professional in their time with me. I have never felt rushed or pressured into doing any elective/preventative dental work and have always had a generous amount of time to talk to the dentists to understand my options and dental work. All of my dental work has been of great quality (especially the repairing of two front chipped teeth by Dr Wong, who colour matched and made them look perfect again). The front staff are extremely kind and welcoming. A very great dental office, especially as someone who is generally very anxious about visiting the dentist — I would highly recommend this office and any members of their team who have worked with me. I recently had a gum graft done with Dr. Wong and Karalina, and it was a smooth, successful process from beginning to end. Dr. Wong is unmatched in her professionalism, knowledge and compassion for her patients. Both of them took their time, communicated everything and made the entire experience painless (quite literally!!!) If you are looking for a caring, professional dental clinic in Ottawa, I highly recommend. All the staff at the front desk are wonderful and never fail to greet you with a smile no matter the time of day. 🙂 I still need a few more gum grafts done in the future, and there is nowhere else I’d turn to.
Dr. Wong is the best! It was the first time she treated me and she was very nice. I had an abscessed tooth so she gave me antibiotics and pain meds. She told me to come back in 3 days to remove the tooth. I told her how scared I was. She took her time and was very gentle with me. From freezing to extraction, not once did I feel pain! Wow! This is the next day and I feel great (still no pain). Thank you Dr.Wong.
