My partner and I saw Dr Jasdeep Kaur for a clean awhile ago and she was so terrible and rough handed, caused me alot of discomfort and pain. This put me off going to this clinic or any other Dentist for that matter. My partner also had a similar horrible experience.If this dentist is still working at this place my advice is for everyone to avoid her unless you wish for a painful experience.
Avoid this place, so unprofessional and unorganised. Primary dental Epping, lost my X-ray could not cary on with appointment asked for me to wait in waiting area for 1 hour. They contacted their manager, then I was told rebook and redo x-ray at my cost. Poor effort. I was told to send my concern to the email address on card !!!
I had a very bad experience with my previous dentists. Lucky I found Dr Nelumi through a friend of mine. Dr Nelumi Gunawickerama done a excellent job for my tooth bridge and cleaning. Her assistant Jane also well experience and very kind lady. I highly recommend Dr Nelumi and her assistant Jane. Thank you Dr Nelumi.
