I’ve got a friend recommending Dr Li in this clinic. DR Li is not only extremely PROFESSIONAL, also he showed his CARE to patient. He kept telling me what would be going on next step and how would it came up and felt like. And though out the whole process, I felt so comfortable and no nervous feeling at all. Definitely unlike my previous dental experiences at other dental services.
This was my third time visit after I shifted from my previous dentist in Kingsgrove. So worth to drive for over an hour to come over to see Dr Li.

Besides, there’s got plenty of car park lots underground. Search Green zone where the nearest to the clinic.
Last but not the least, the receptionists and assistances are polite and efficient too.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE… They charged me 3 times for one xray and when I asked for the breakdown of the bill they simply first dined.
Later they printed the bill and I saw they charged fees for 3 xrays in place of one xray. When I asked for the refund they told it will take 6 weeks to get through the payment process.
Extremely frustrating and bad experience.. I will suggest that you much check your bills before making the payment.

Brought my 6 year old boy in after he had hit his front teeth in the playground. The staff managed to fit him in later that day for an unscheduled emergency appointment on a Sunday. All the staff were lovely and Dr Sandy Lin was great with him while she checked him over. Thank you!
