Best Dental team in Toowoomba. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist due to past traumatic experiences but with Dr Sameer and team ,they made sure that my anxiety levels were put at ease before opening my mouth to check what was happening with my tooth, with Dr Sameer’s welcoming aura and listening to my problem without interruption and just tossing a couple of jokes here and there to make sure I was calm enough to go ahead with the dental work . They made sure I knew what my options are and how much it would cost me and he was honest with me without sounding like a sales person which most dentist in Toowoomba sound like these days. So yes thanks team Primary Dental, I’m healing well at home and should be ready for work tomorrow

Had a wonderful experience here today that has completely spun my mindset on visiting the dentist.

Specifically I want to thank Mrs and Mr Sehgal who were very helpful with someone like me that is honestly scared when it comes to a doctors visit they understood and helped me stay calm through the entire extraction today and had no trouble answering any question I had throughout, I also want to thank Judy and the other young receptionist that greated me (sorry I didn’t get your name) everyone was great and you deserve the high rating and I’ll definitely not hold back on visiting in future.

I was visiting family in Toowoomba from interstate when our daughter made an appointment to this Dental Practice. I’m glad she did even tho I had to lose a tooth . Dr Sameen was so calming and reassuring, explaining everything that was needed to fix the pain in my face. I’ve never been to a dentist in my 73 years that has a caring bunch of staff. And the phone call the next day almost blew my mind. I wish we had a practice like yours back in South Australia.
