I recently had an emergency dental visit for my child at Prime Dental, and I am beyond impressed with the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and empathetic to our situation. They managed to calm my child’s anxiety and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

Dr. Puja was exceptional.
She was not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient with my child. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand, ensuring we were comfortable and informed throughout the process.

I would highly recommend this practice, I had some major dental work done, all staff at this dental practice are very kind and courteous and have a positive attitude to helping. I personally thank the team at prime care dental at an amazing experience I had with every visit and future visits. Lots of gum trauma after extraction of molar, did not file jaggard bone, was rude and reluctant to review me when I called 3 days later due to extreme and debilitating pain. I told her I was unable to work and taking endone to cope and she did not think a review was necessary. Cost $400 to have it pulled out, no exrays or other tooth examination.
