EMOTIONAL, UNPLEASANT, ROUGH, Don’t go.
the pain I felt still rings in my brain and my mouth felt like I got hit with a brick during a cold windy day in the city still hours later; youre insanely stubborn if you still decide to visit this place of “business”. But then you’d be just like me.Do not go against the grain. Reviews are here to help us not make the mistakes they did. Not just stories to gossip. This is to inform you!! This is not a strong suggestion..THIS IS INFORMATION.

When you call to schedule your appointment don’t expect to be spoken to as if they want you on the phone (expect a “why are you wasting my time” tone). when you walk through the door, you may not get welcomed depending on who is at the desk. The room is dark and bare. It doesn’t feel welcoming at all.
This kind of service is a place you want to be able to feel comfortable to want to continue going to, even be able to take your family. I’d be damned if I’d ever let her put her hands in my kids mouth. And If they said they never want to see a dentist again after her, I would not blame them.

I made it very aware that due to a car accident busting my face open and two surgeries in my mouth that the repaired muscle has made it very hard to go numb. I’ve informed them that I’ve had to go through dentist not believing me and testing my mouth multiple times until finally soar then numb. As she roughly stabbed my gums to numb she left the room in a second, came back within 60 seconds and started to operate on my tooth. The initial start didn’t hurt but as she ROUGHLY continued to jerk my mouth around and still in my tooth, I started to feel more than pressure. When the pain was clear I used my voice to alarm her that I felt pain. She replied asking if I was sure, because she was only drilling “a little bit” I told her yes I felt pain. She left the room, came back and proceeded to attack my face stabbing every spot she can find on the left side of my mouth.my body got hot and my heart started to face (I lost count after the 6 stab), she left and came back and stabbed deeper in the back, said I’ll feel a little pinch but it felt more like a jab.

She then left and came back immediately and started to work again, at this point my heart is racing like I just had 5 shots of coffee and my body is hot like I have on 3 layers of sweatsuits on. At this point I feel tension in air and she is more than just rough but bullying my mouth and teeth. She continues to press even harder now and I feel the sharpest stab of pain. And with that my mind instantly reacts and I yell MothF*** BECAUSE I WAS NOT BROUGHT UP RAISING MY LEFT HAND AND STAYING SILENT WHEN IN PAIN. She immediately asks me if I want her to stop and go home. I reply that no I don’t want to go home because my mouth isn’t finished and I can’t go home with it like this. She askes me then what do I want to do cause she is almost done. I tell her that I’m sorry but I’m just in pain and it really hurts at this point. She says well she is almost done and I say okay and I have to sit through the rest of the pain for 5-10 more minutes

I felt like I was in hell going through torture. She checks my grinding once, does an adjustment. Checks again, makes a motion as if she is going to adjust something. Then she takes a quick pause as if she just remembered something and drops everything, gets up and starts to talk as she is walking out of the room.

It felt so off setting to me that in my way out as I was paying, I go to apologize to her for whatever it was that rubbed her the wrong way and then ask her was she mad at me cause I was saying I was still in pain. She says okay thanks for apologizing, she felt that I was wrong for using bad words and also cussing at her. I clarified that i was in pain and I was only reacting to the pain but not to her. She said okay, got up and walked out of her office to a back room so I could no longer speak to her. I will be sending my review to the Better Business Bureau. I hope no one ever has to go through what I’ve went through at this devil nested place of residency.

Both my Dad ( upper denture) and I ( crown) received excellent dental care from Prime. My Dad is 91 and they took great care of his needs by not over promising what could be done but by doing their best to make his wish come true – making a denture that would stay in without the use of adhesive glue. So far so good . Thank you to the doctor, the lab technician and the entire dental team for making my Dads wish come to life. Thank you also for making me a crown and inserting it without pain or issue. Job well done.
The front office is friendly and efficient.throughout my twe visits. Dr. E. Is a great dentist. He communicated very well through the entire process of adding a new crown. He and the dental technician had a great rapport throughout the process.
