Reviews:
Unfortunately I am forced to leave this location.
Sucks, because I really, really love the doctors here.
Dr. Seid is the best. Can’t say enough good about him.
The hygienist is great. The oral surgeon is kind and very gentle.
The assistant dental staff are great.
SO WHATS THE PROBLEM???
This is very sad, but the front desk staff and the manager are the worst.
If Cindy finally picks up the phone she promptly puts you on hold, never to return to the call. When u call back, same thing. Next several days, same thing.
You leave a message, as per the answering machine, and no one returns your call. Its ridiculous and so unprofessional.
Then there is the manager, James. He is rude, and always look stressed.
I just can’t deal anymore with trying to get pass the front desk, just to get to the great professionals in the back.
Sorry doctors, I love you all, but I have to leave.
By the way, I have been patient here for many many years.
Hope administration does something. Because according to the reviews, several other people have the same complaints.
It was a nice experience. I got there with a few mins to spare before my appointment and I didn’t have to wait too long to be called in. However, it was a different story for my husband. His wait time was longer. I was cleaned (annual cleaning) and x-rayed by hygienist Frank and was seen Dr. Park. Frank seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant. The only think I would have liked was each person saying their title alongside their name. It may have lessened my confusion nonetheless I enjoyed my experience. Once I asked what’s your title, the answer was given. Dr. Park was so sweet in her approach and questioning. Also very knowledgeable. The office was clean and the front desk staff was also pleasant. Nice dental office.
I love the hygienist there! But the three stars is for the receptionist team today. They called me 2 hours before my appointment, didn’t leave a message. I call back, and say I missed a call from you. one of the ladies says “let me see if your appt is still on. Yes, it’s still on.” I go that’s it? Because I already confirmed I was coming lol. Then I show up and they say they tried to call me because my insurance isn’t going through (I recently changed insurances and didn’t have my new info on me ). So the choices are pay out of pocket or wait 3 months for another appt I ended up paying out of pocket cuz didn’t want to wait until October. next time please leave a message though!
