DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute worst patient care I have ever received. From the day of surgery (May 8) to now this has been an absolute nightmare! Nofollow up when I called them 2 days post op of having 6 teeth removed with complications. I ended up in the emergency room looking for any relief at all. I was prescribed medication I had a bad reaction too that has kept me in pain unfortunately. I have dry socket and able to clearly see my jaw bone at almost 2 weeks post op because my stitches came out the day of my surgery before I even picked up prescriptions. I have had to call and notify of everything going wrong and they have absolute zero priority to get me out of pain. Used all the socket gel followed all directions and still haven’t been able to eat at 2 weeks post op because of my gaping open holes. I work in the medical field and I also know that because I’m able to wipe white foam off my gums where the holes are that i am infected. They don’t care to see me for 4 days since I informed them of this yesterday. They wouldn’t even know or care that the surgical assistant blew my vein up before surgery and I was black and blue on my arm for a week and a half. While doing this she informed me she was “only doing this because they wouldn’t hire her at mint for missing so much school she barely graduated so she went into specialty but “had no idea what she was doing other than cleaning tools before arriving”We will see if they do anything to fix all of this but I would never trust my family or friends in their care! Especially after dropping over $6,000 to have all this done “properly.” They should make their motto ” in & out” and once out they have no care for the well being of patients. When I review anyone in the medical field it’s good to know that I’ve had 3 open brain surgeries and various other complicated procedures since 2018 and this care by far is below standard compared to anyone else I see.
This place is IT! I was terrified about getting my 4 wisdom teeth plus an additional molar extracted. From the moment I walked in for my consultation appointment I was at ease. Yari at the front is one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve met. She treated me like family and I’m so grateful! I wish I wasn’t terrible at names because the second girl I met was awesome too and I enjoyed talking to her! Then Dr. Selkin walked in and he also made me feel like family. He is caring, attentive, and very thorough. The staff of ladies that helped prep me for the surgery were also so awesome and made me feel so comfortable, I’m a very anxious when it comes to dental work, I haven’t always had great experiences, but I felt completely at ease.
Surgery day, I went to sleep and woke up comfortably. Dr. Selkin is top tier! I could honestly go on and on. Thank you all for a really lovely experience!
I 100% recommend here! I have had the worst experience with dentist and procedures in the past and Dr. Ellis changed all of that for me. I was referred to his office on 7/25/2023 and they got me in two hours later. He talked me through all of my options on my broken molar and helped me decide what made me more comfortable. I had surgery that day and he gave myself and my husband his personal number to call if I needed anything at anytime. I had to call him at 9pm and he answered and told me to come in first thing in the morning to get my comfort back. He even sat on the floor and played and hung out with my 2 year old son! I will forever be a patient here!
