Wonderful experience, originally went to the wrong building which made my appt a few minutes late. Staff was understanding and made sure I was still able to be seen with my daughter as well! Of course most ppl hate the dentist office, but the staff specifically Sheri and Dr. Lamlen made the experience beyond comfort while joking in the process. Staff kept a watchful eye on my daughter since she finished up before myself, which means a lot. I knew much work was needed for myself and that was not a problem for the clinical staff. I highly recommend!!!

I hadn’t been for an adult cleaning since leaving pediatrics years ago and tried this one nearby to finally go back.
Bernice was wonderful, she and Emily gave me great explanations about what was going on and why, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I feel pretty good and much more prepared to help myself now compared to when I went in there. And the people at the front desk were so kind and respectful when I checked in and out, it meant a lot.

I was very pleased with the service and care I received at Pure Smiles. Bernice was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained each part of the first visit, and I felt very informed about my dental health. Dr. Lambing was friendly and knowledgeable as well. They both made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. The rest of the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall this was an easy and pleasant experience, and I’ll be back for sure!
