As a 9 year patient of Dr. Kiani – I can attest that she and her team are true professionals. We continued to be patient, even after we moved almost an hour away to Manassas. They have a caring bedside manner when it comes to nervous patients like me. They make me feel like I’m at the spa when I’m going to the dentist. The entire team takes an interest in my life and make me feel appreciated at every visit. Unfortunately, our family is relocating out of state and we are so sad to be leaving this amazing practice. Dr. Kiani and her team led us through Invisalign treatments last year which changed our lives for the better. Everyone is always commenting on our Beautiful, bright white smiles, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Kiani. She and her team are personable, thoughtful, and make going to the dentist something to look forward to! Today was my last visit before moving and they provided me with a thumb drive containing all of my records, including the images from the Invisalign treatment- everything I would need to take to my next dentist. I definitely teared up as I left the office. You will not be disappointed if you choose Dr. Kiani and her team as your next dental professional.

I have debilitating anxiety about going to the dentist and perpetually avoid going to the dentist because of it. I love all the staff here, they are super friendly and super understanding. They have gone out of their way make me comfortable and less anxious. Dr. Kozak is amazing and a huge shoutout to Karla, Michelle, and Elizabeth for always being super pleasant and super nice. The atmosphere is really calming, so even if I enter the space really anxious, the environment and staff always makes it better! They gave me a thorough treatment plan and I’ve never been surprised with charges. I’m so happy I found Purple Plum Dentistry! Highly recommend.

While I have had mostly great experiences with Purple Plum Dentistry over the last few years as a patient, I have experienced inadequate customer service as I am transitioning to a different dental practice (due to change in health insurance coverage). I have requested my records three times (twice via email & once via phone), and all that I was sent were my x-rays. Staff is very attentive when I need to pay a balance on my account, but can’t be bothered when requesting my own dental record. Disappointing way to end my relationship with this company.
