Disappointed ! I am being charged $58 for oral hygiene instructions. I came here to get my cleaning done only. Thats what i made the reservation for. I called the receptionist to ask for a reason why I am being charged for oral hygiene instructions which is unusual and I was told because the dentist gave me instructions on how to brush my teeth and floss. I should have been made aware before, that it would cost me additional $58 for consultation services from the dentist. I would call this hidden fees agenda which I only came to know because i asked for a bill.
FYI, If you are reading this you need to know how much are you paying exactly for the service that you are making reservation for from the receptionist

I recently had a wonderful experience during my dental visit. The doctor was not only highly professional but also genuinely caring. The consultation was thorough, and the cleaning process was meticulous, leaving my teeth feeling exceptionally clean. The entire staff created a warm and welcoming environment, making it a positive and comfortable experience overall. I highly recommend this dental practice for their expertise and excellent patient care.
I had a great and insightful session with Hygienist Keren Livingstone during my cleaning session at the Quad Dental, The Pond Road yesterday. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. It was indeed an excellent service experience for me and of course my teeth and gum look and feel super clean .
