I just have to say thank you! The receptionist was so helpful and got me in for a same-day visit. I’m in the middle of getting a full implant and seven new veneers, and my temporary upper middle tooth broke.
I recently moved to The Plateau from Toronto and didn’t have a dentist in Montreal. The check-in process was smooth, and both the dental assistant and dentist were so nice, very professional, and a pleasure to be around. The facility is stunning, and Dr. Thomas is obviously a top-notch dentist!
And oh yeah, Dr. Thomas did an amazing job repairing the broken temporary tooth, which allowed me to confidently conduct very important meetings for my career and professional standing.
Lastly, the pricing was fair!

I visited Dr Thomas and was told I required 11 fillings and a night mouth guard as soon as possible. This really surprised me given I go to the dentist every year (I’m a newcomer to Canada, this was the 1st local dentist I saw), brush twice a day and don’t drink sugary drinks. Communication with the dentist was very minimal and no further explanation or information was given. Seeking a second professional opinion, I was advised only one filling needed replacing and two other surface-level ones were required. No evidence for requiring a mouth guard was found – which makes sense to me, as I’ve never been told I grind or have worn down teeth before. Very disappointed with the disparity in diagnoses and lack of thorough communication.
I made an appointment for my 5 year old boy by phone and they confirmed that they are capable of taking care of him, we didn’t ask for insurance or anything and were welling to pay, after the consultation they deny and want to send us to another dentist, unprofessional and not acceptable wasting of our time. 7 of May 2024 I read your answer, my son was very calm and the dentist never mentioned that he needs anesthesia, you’re just justifying your unprofessional attitude and wasting peoples time, non of your explanation was true. I highly suggest to stay away from this clinic because instead of apologizing they come with false information.
