I went in to get a molar pulled. I was given 4 needles to help freeze the area around the tooth. I could still feel pain and pressure, so I told them to stop. Because I am autistic I was having a sensory issue and I wanted to leave. I was laughed at by a dental technician because of how I felt and I wanted to leave. The dentist did not stitch up the wound he made by a surgical blade, when I was assured that he would. I was referred to an oral surgeon because he didnt want to help me anymore. Overall i had a really bad experience

I recently visited here and had an overall satisfactory treatment experience. The clinic is clean and well-maintained. The clinical services provided were professional and of good quality.

However, there is room for improvement at the front desk. The staff could be more attentive to understanding client needs and providing clear summaries of potential expenses that might not be covered by insurance, based on the requested services. Administrators were prompt enough to help resolving my issues regarding the services.

I have been going to Dr. Simali for sometime now and I am very impressed with how professional she is. Dr. Simali show a great deal of care and is always looking out for your best interest. The staff is awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the office/waiting room and dental areas are very clean and neat and has a very welcoming vibe. I would recommend this dental clinic without hesitation. Keep up the great work!
