This place is so fantastic! The staff are SO nice and explain everything really well. I had a full and detailed plan from my first visit. Dr Avni Shah is very gentle and professional. I have been here several times. I get the best care and treatment consistently every time I come here for dentistry.
A lot of the other dental clinicians around Warragul only care about their rich customers because they only want the money, and turn away the suffering but worthy poor, but all are welcome at Queen on Napier Dental (Next to Aldis) because they don’t care about the money, they want to put a stop to suffering. They will accept vouchers from LCHS and do fillings. If they can avoid extractions, they will save your teeth. Napier Dental only want to make people happy and put a big smile on your face.
They genuinely care about all of their patients, irrespective of their financial situations, and those who are in pain and need help for their teeth and/or your gums. If you are in pain and are suffering from any kind of gum disease, or any kind of decaying teeth, they will fix it, and all are welcome from all classes of society.
They have done amazing things for me that I thought would never be done, and you will be amazed too when they do everything they can for you. All you have to do is ring or walk through the doors and a brand new smile will soon be yours.
This is the number #1 dentist. I have been to a few, but the only one I reccomend in the highest degree is Queen on Napier and that refferal comes from my own personal experiences.
The clinic is beautiful and comfortable, and the waiting lounge is a retreat like no other. The staff always follow up to check on me after every visit to see if I have any pain or if there is anything I need, and if I’m in any pain after treatment, I can just come down there and they will give me relief or a script for antibiotics or that which I need right away.

Today had amazing dental experience as I had my wisdom tooth extraction I did this after long time as I am anxious patient.Dr Avni was gentle and really polite.Assistant was amazing as well. both were kind and helpful.
I highly recommend this dental clinic for all of your dental needs.

i haven’t been to dentist as i was having anxiety however from they made me soo welcome and comfortable Dr Anvi and nurse were soo polite and respectful to myself and my children,really put mind at ease. There was a lot to be done at each appointment, and it was done in a short time and done properly.i had a look at my fillings,and they look exactly the sane as my orginal teeth
And i was soo scared of needles but nurse held my hand when i had to numb the teeth which was very helpful.
My fear of dentist is gone and ill definitely highly recommend Queen napier and dental clinic.
