Reviews:
!!!!! This place I used to go was fantastic because of the dental hygienist(Juan, a Spanish guy)He was incredibly doing the great job, always make sure you’r comfortable and gentle approach on each of your teeth during cleanings. But this morning, I was told he’s not with clinic at all then they assigned me with a female hygienist instead. The experience was downright awful! I’ve never had such a terrible time with a hygienist before. She treated me like I was umm sort of machine, so roughly ! She thought she’s doing construction work? Physical painful and mentally harmful (nightmare for cleaning ) I won’t come back to this place because most of the time I visited for cleaning. The place lacks skilled hygienist, at least the lady I had this morning had nearly zero skills other than using violence to treat my teeth made my mouth teeth gums all hurt . But but if you’re looking for a friendly front desk and a sweet dentist (I think his name is Dr. Carter–a dark skinned dentist) who is well-informed and take good care of your dental health. Then you can go .
The staff at the reception desk are friendly and efficient. However, this facility seems overwhelmed, with a constant flow of people coming and going. The back-end staff appear unable to keep up with their schedules. It’s important to remember that patients often take time out of their workdays for dental appointments, so adhering to the schedule is crucial. What is the purpose of having an appointment if one has to wait over an hour? It almost feels like an urgent care clinic. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and had to leave for work. This was a total waste of my time and your time. For this reason, I find it difficult to recommend this place. Please consider building a buffer into your schedules to avoid such delays.
I had gone to two different dentist offices and had terrible experiences. However, my co-worker told me about Queens Professional Dental, and I am so happy she did. Dr. Carter was so patient and PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Carter listened to my concerns, and he also calmed my anxieties. Not only did he SAVE my tooth, but I am no longer in PAIN! I will be referring to anyone I know who is looking for a skilled, kind, and humble dentist.
