I was referred to this dentist by their sister practice as the one closest to me was not currently taking patients and I was in need of urgent dental care, I phoned this practice and immediately the woman helped me book a next day appointment in their practice, she was very lovely and polite and sent me all confirmation texts with all details, registering with them was very easy and quick on the day of my appointment, the dentist whom saw me was very nice and I explained to her the issues I have and she checked all of my teeth and done X-rays then booked me in for all treatment to be done the following week. Today was my treatment day and she done a lot of work on my teeth, now awaiting for the specialist to contact me regarding further treatment to be done, also I’ve been booked in for a 3 month check up to improve the appearance of my front teeth. Thankyou for helping me and making me feel hopeful.

It’s deeply concerning and unacceptable for any professional, especially a dentist, a nurse and also the receptionist to display racism and hostility towards patients especially children.
But if you wish for you to be treated like this then please go ahead and use this dental practice

Their behaviour towards patients is hostile, rude and disrespectful.

Avoid at all.
Unprofessional to the point of embarrassing.
I had very bad experience with the Doctor,
I had an appointment, although I wanted to pay the cost privately, however the doctor was very rude.
If I was experience with 15 y/o teenage I think it was better.
I am really sorry for the uk NHS because
What I experience she wasn’t able to sit in this position as a medical practitioner.
I believe that she needs to change her carrier.
