I have had 3 appointments over the last 2 weeks and each time I had a great experience. The entire team were friendly and welcoming, from the first phone call right through the process until my problem was fixed to a high standard. I felt very relaxed and confident I was in safe hands the entire time. The ladies in reception were so lovely and very knowledgeable. The dentist Dr Caleb explained everything to me in detail including the costs and the processes needed to fix my dental issue. They used some amazing modern technology on site. He was gentle, kind, friendly and always made sure I was ok and kept me informed of what was happening. He seems very professional and passionate about helping people. I would definitely recommend the practice and Dr Caleb Harvie and the team.

The service was excellent by the dentist however I asked for a price prior to treatment and was told by the receptionist that she didn’t know. Based on a previous dentist where I recieved a quote for the same procedure I thought it would cost the same. I was so surprised to get a bill for $450 – $250 more than what I was quoted from another dentist. When I was surprised about the bill she said didn’t you get a quote prior – ahh no!! Very unhappy about no clarification on pricing – their website gives no idea about costs either – will not be returning to this dentist. Other dentists I’ve been to have been transparent and helpful about their pricing – what kind of a service says ‘I don’t know???’

Dr Caleb Harvie and his Team are wonderfully supportive and were informative and responsive to an infection in one of my teeth. From the front desk to the dentist chair my experience at the clinic was professional. The clinic is clean, & modern and Dr Harvie’s manner is kind and welcoming and he put my mind at ease over these past 10 days, most importantly by taking away significant pain.Thank you
